Home Staging
A home worth
imagining.
A thoughtful first impression begins with the rooms themselves. We furnish and style homes for sale so buyers can see the proportions, feel the character and imagine a life there.
For homeowners, real estate teams and builders in Seattle and the surrounding region, we bring the furniture, the installation team and an eye for the whole home.

A considered approach
to the whole home.
From a focused consultation to a fully furnished home, we shape the scope around the property and the way it will be brought to market.
Vacant home staging
Furniture, rugs, lighting, art and accessories selected as a complete composition. We plan the rooms, coordinate delivery and installation, then return for removal when the staging period ends.
Staging consultations
A walkthrough with practical recommendations for furniture placement, color, lighting and presentation. A useful starting point for deciding what to keep, move or add before photography.
Private Client Staging
For projects with particular privacy, access or scheduling needs, we coordinate the furnishing plan and installation with you or your representative.
Builder & model home staging
Furnishing and styling for model homes, including in-home sales offices, that help buyers understand a new home’s scale and possibilities. We coordinate with the builder and sales team around site readiness, photography and launch dates.
Outdoor living & final styling
Seating, dining arrangements and finishing touches that carry the experience onto a terrace, deck or covered patio. Art, lamps and textiles connect the final room compositions.

From sellers & agents
In their own words.
Nob Hill Style is everything you are looking for in a stager. They make your home feel friendly, cozy and reflect the possibilities of what your home could look and feel like to potential buyers. The clean lines, layers of texture and color are amazing. We find ourselves trying to replicate that in our own home. If you are wondering if it’s all worth it, I can answer that for you - yes! Take the plunge, go all in and you won’t be disappointed. Staging sells homes because we are all looking for that quiet comfort that only a lived-in house can give. We sold our house in less than a week, with a full price offer.
I cannot recommend Nob Hill Style highly enough! What I especially appreciated was the thoughtful consideration, time and energy put in to considering all aspects of our home before commencing on the project. The outcome was in every way perfect. My clients loved it!
I have heard myself insisting with clients that having Nob Hill Style stage their home is critical to the success of the marketing and the listing. I don’t believe there’s anyone else out there that will do almost any house the appropriate amount of justice it deserves. As a listing agent, when it comes to staging and positioning a property at the top of the market, our clients can’t afford to compromise on that point.

Before we begin
A few questions.
How far in advance should I book?
Four weeks or more gives us the best availability, especially in spring and summer. Same-week or next-week staging may be possible. Contact us with your photography or listing date so we can confirm furnishings, site readiness and team availability.
What areas do you serve?
Standard rates apply within a 50-mile radius of our Seattle warehouse. Projects farther away may incur an additional travel charge. We’ll confirm this with your scope.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. Your initial consultation is complimentary, with no obligation to purchase. We’ll discuss the property, your design or staging needs and the next steps.
How are payments structured?
For staging, a 50% deposit reserves your dates. The remaining 50% is invoiced when the staging is moved in. For interior design, fees follow the agreed project scope; we’ll explain the fee and payment schedule before work begins.
How long is the staging period?
The first 90 days are complimentary. If the staging remains after that period, renewals are invoiced monthly.
